Gold Nissan sought after 1 killed in downtown Las Vegas hit-and-run

A pedestrian is dead after a hit-and-run in downtown Las Vegas, police said.
Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a crash near the intersection of Owens Avenue and Main Street around 6 p.m. Thursday.
Lt. Sam Bonner told the Review-Journal that the vehicle fled the scene after hitting a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

LVMPD is searching for a 2005-2007Gold Nissan Murano involved in a fatal hit-and-run on 1/16/25 at 6PM on E Owens, outside the Salvation Army.
The vehicle is missing a right mirror & has right headlight damage.

In a post just before 10 p.m. Thursday on the LVMPD Traffic Bureau X page, police said they were looking for a gold 2005-2007 Nissan Murano in connection with the hit-and-run. The vehicle was missing a right mirror and had damage to its right headlight, according to the post.
