A home in east Las Vegas was decimated by a blaze that started in a minivan Wednesday afternoon and caused $175,000 in damage.
The fire at 1913 S. 17th St., near Spencer Street and St. Louis Avenue, started around 4:30 p.m. in the van and spread to the house, Las Vegas Fire Department officials said.
No injuries were reported in the fire.
