3 people injured in northwest valley crash, intersection closes

A two-vehicle crash on Friday night that injured three people temporarily closed the Cheyenne Avenue and Torrey Pines Drive intersection, Las Vegas police said.

Two cars were involved in a crash that caused one car to roll over about 9:46 p.m. Police said reckless driving appears to be a factor.

Three people were taken to University Medical Center with injuries that police said were not life-threatening.

Cheyenne, east of Torrey Pines to Jones Boulevard was closed until the scene is cleared.
