A man is in critical condition after a near drowning Wednesday evening in Henderson, police said.
Penny Schiestel was struck by a Clark County vehicle Tuesday near the intersection of Eastern Avenue and East Warm Springs Road. She later died of her injuries at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
