Henderson police working armed barricade

Henderson police investigating an apparent armed barricade that started Monday afternoon.

Officers were called to a domestic violence situation on the 1000 block of Whitney Ranch Drive around 4:30 p.m., police said in a release. They believed a suspect was armed and barricaded inside the home.

SWAT searched the home but could not find the suspect, police said. Police are still investigating.

No further information was immediately available.
