Person hospitalized after 2-car crash in east Las Vegas

One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in the eastern Las Vegas Valley, police said.

The crash at Bonanza Road and Sloan Lane was reported just before 5 p.m., Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Grant Rogers said. One person was taken to University Medical Center and is expected to survive, he said.
