The old Unit 1 nuclear reactor from the San Onofre Nuclear Generation Station near Camp Pendleton, California, is to be transported through Nevada to burial west of Salt Lake City, Utah. The object weighs 770 tons and has a shipping skid that adds another 7 tons.
