MUSIC

Green Valley Presbyterian Church, 1798 Wigwam Parkway, Henderson, is presenting its Summer Music Series at 7:30 p.m. Saturdays in June. Baritone Christopher Reames will perform today, and soprano Alisa Thomason will perform June 20. The series is free, but freewill donations will be accepted (454-8484).

EVENTS

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Elizabeth Ann Seton will sponsor a fashion show and luncheon today at St. Francis de Sales Parish, 1111 Michael Way. Tickets are $20. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and tickets will be sold at the door.

Wellspring Church of All Nations, 4870 Janell Drive, will have an equipping summit on "Strong Believers Build Strong Churches" 10 a.m.-3 p.m. today (631-5027).

In recognition of National HIV Testing Day, Canyon Ridge Christian Church, 6200 W. Lone Mountain Road, will offer free HIV testing 11 a.m.-6 p.m. June 27 (658-2722).

CLASSES

Summerlin Presbyterian Church, 4590 S. Hualapai Way, will offer the Kingdom of the Son vacation Bible school for children at 9 a.m. Monday through Friday (243-0780).

Sunrise Baptist Church, 1780 Betty Lane, will offer "Adventure Week," a mini-vacation Bible school with sports and recreation, for first- through sixth-graders, at 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. The event is free (452-8599).

First Baptist Church of the Lakes, 9125 Spring Mountain Road, will offer Boomerang Express vacation Bible school, for ages 4 to sixth-graders, at 5:30 p.m. June 22-26. The Bible school will include lessons, crafts, games, music and more (982-6056).

Community Baptist Church, 245 E. Foster Ave., Henderson, will offer vacation Bible school for all ages at 6 p.m. June 29-July 3. A kickoff event will take place at noon June 27. Registration is necessary to participate (565-0071).

Temple Sinai, 9001 Hillpointe Road, offers education classes to members and the general public on various Sundays each month (254-5110).

Reformation Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave., offers an English as Second Language "Talk Time" class with tutors and students 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays (202-6579 or 732-2952).

The Las Vegas Diamond Way Buddhist Group offers guided meditation and dharma talks (260-4426).
