MUSIC

Green Valley Presbyterian Church, 1798 Wigwam Parkway, Henderson, will present the Celebrity City Chorus at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The concert is free, but a goodwill offering will be accepted (454-8484).

Community Lutheran Church, 3720 E. Tropicana Ave., will present "The Best of Broadway" concert at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Performers will include John A. Smith, Ruthie Lombardo, Philip Goldstein and Shirley Monzo. The concert is free, but donations will be accepted to benefit the church’s El Salvador mission (458-2241).

EVENTS

Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Our Lady of the Rosary will have their annual bunco event noon-3 p.m. today in the Ave Maria Center at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Tickets are $12, and include lunch and a door prize entry. Proceeds will go toward assisting the disadvantaged (458-8578).

The Jewish Family Service Agency will host the Tzedakah Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Four Seasons, 3960 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The brunch will honor "Everyday Heroes" for their contributions to the community. Reservations are $100 per person. For tickets, call 732-0304.

Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court St. Elizabeth Ann Seton will have their annual luncheon and bunco event noon-3 p.m. June 11 in the LaVoy Hall at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. Tickets are $10 (242-2615 or 378-6679).

CLASSES

Stillpoint Center for Spiritual Development, 8072 W. Sahara Ave., will offer a two-day workshop with author Helen Palmer on "The Enneagram of Relationships: How Different Types of People Love and Work with Each Other" 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The fee is $200, inclusive of both days. Registration is $20 and is credited toward the fee (243-4040).

First Henderson United Methodist Church, 609 E. Horizon Drive, Henderson, will offer a free vacation Bible school for children in kindergarten through sixth-grade 6-8:30 p.m. June 13-17. Single Adults Learning Together, or SALT Ministries of CornerStone Christian Fellowship, meets at 6 p.m. Saturdays at 5825 W. Eldora Ave. (871-5050).
