Excerpt from "Ministry Surrounds Me"
You might be saying, "Well, I like to surf." Well, God may be calling you to have a ministry with surfers. One might say, "I like to paint." Painting is a wonderful way of ministering. You can minister through your pictures or even teach others to paint. "Well, I love animals." So do a lot of others. Start an animal ministry. Use animals as a way of ministering to people that aren’t saved. God uses everything.
You see, there are many different ways to bring glory to God. These desires you have and those talents that you were born with came from God, so surely he knows how to bring those desires you have into his purpose and calling on your life. Never underestimate the hand of God, who you were created for.
