Dr. Alan Steljes of Steljes Cardiology has been certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

A physician must pass the Sleep Medicine Certification Exam, demonstrate clinical expertise and have a track record of ethical behavior to become certified in the subspecialty of sleep medicine, Steljes Cardiology said in a statement.
