Get out your quills and send us your Potter predictions
June 14, 2007 - 9:00 pm
For fans of Harry Potter and his mystical posse, July 21 is a date for both celebration and mourning.
Celebration because “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” the latest saga in the Potter opus, will hit the bookshelves.
And mourning because it’ll be the final book in the beloved, hugely popular series.
We, like you, have a few theories about how the Potter saga will wrap up. (Not that we’re completely confident, however, seeing as how badly we botched our predictions for “The Sopranos.”)
But we’d like to hear your theories, too. So, here’s the plan: Let us know, in 200 words or less, how the Harry Potter series will end.
Will Harry and/or Voldemort live or die? What happens to the crew at Hogwarts? You tell us.
Send your essays to: Potter Predictions, Las Vegas Review-Journal, P.O. Box 70, Las Vegas, NV 89125-0070. Or, send them by e-mail to jprzybys@reviewjournal.com.
Either way, we’ve got to have them by 5 p.m. June 21. We’ll read your ideas and discuss a few of your theories in an upcoming Living story.
