send me an angel
We could all use a guardian angel in our lives. Jewelry designer Mary Margrill of M2 Design created her Calling All Angels necklace, a special pendant meant to be worn close to your heart. Demi Moore recently was caught wearing the pendant with Ashton Kutcher. Think of it as your own 14-karat guardian angel. M2 Design Calling All Angels pendant, $475, Neiman Marcus
blister blaster
Every time you wear a new pair of shoes for the first time you run the risk of discovering a tender spot on your feet. Blisters and callouses sure put a damper on your plans for the day, especially when it involves dancing with a new man or climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Save My Feet Blister Elixir can make those pains a thing of the past. This greaseless, stainless, non-mediated lotion really does save your feet. Now, go don those party shoes. Save My Feet Blister Elixir, $22, Omni Chemist
like a rose
We like products that combine practicality with beauty. In the past, Chantecaille has enthralled us with butterflies and South American-inspired eye shadow palettes that are almost too pretty to even use. The new Les Passementeries Trio Palette is no exception. Three pretty rose patterns combine nine colors for eyes and cheeks. This might end up sitting pretty on our vanity, but the rich colors are just too good to remain unused. Chantecaille Les Passementeries Trio Palette, $82, Neiman Marcus
fashion week palette
One palette, two looks that capture two fashion cities: New York and Paris. Tarte’s new limited edition Ready-To-Wear palette comes wrapped in faux croc and includes the basic necessities accompanying every look: a mini, all-over eyeshadow brush, eyeliner brush and a mini eyeliner. The I Love New York side contains muted peaches and pinks, while the Paris, Mon Amour side includes rich burgundies and reds. It’s almost as if you went to Fashion Week. Tarte Ready-To-Wear Dual Look Palette, $44, Sephora
