Saks Fifth Avenue at Fashion Show mall will introduce its new favorite underground fashion discoveries today through Sunday. Saks will host an afternoon of shopping for its customers on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m., which will include the live musical sounds of DJ Axis. The event takes place in the Contemporary Department on the first floor. Rainbow colored smoothies and candies will be served. Customers can receive an exclusive gift bag full of chic goodies with a $400 contemporary sportswear purchase during the event.

Third Annual image Model Search: Do you have what it takes to be the next winner in image’s third annual Model Search? Shoe Sale: Now through the end of August, Giuseppe Zanotti inside the Forum Shops at Caesars is having a sale with 50 percent off the full line of women’s footwear, handbags and accessories from the 2007 spring/summer collection.

Reading is Fundamental: Now through Sept. 12, Macy’s customers can make a $3 donation to RIF at any Macy’s register. Donations will be divided evenly among three charities: $1 will support local RIF programs; $1 will support Macy’s Multicultural Literacy Project, a program that provides RIF resources for children whose first language is not English; and $1 will support reading resources for children nationwide.

Walk This Way: Steve Madden, one of the most popular shoe purveyors in the country, will be making a special appearance at his eponymous store at Fashion Show mall Sunday at 2 p.m. Those who attend have a chance to meet Madden, get his autograph and walk away with free shoes and dresses from his new collection.

Panty Party: Lingerie designer Marlies Dekkers will be presenting her Undressed fashion show from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Black Satin Intimates at the Wynn Esplanade. Dekkers was recently honored with the 2007 Contour International Lingerie Award for Best Fashion Lingerie. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and champagne at Black Satin Intimates, recently named Best of Intima’s Choice 2007 Shop of the Year.

Swimwear Prices Slashed: The end of pool season means that swimwear prices are about to drop at Mojito’s at Wynn Las Vegas. Beginning Thursday, prices on swimwear drop by at least 40 percent.

Classy Glass: Art Deco glass blower Robert Held will be at Wynn LVNV Aug. 31 through Sept. 2.
