TOASTMASTERS

The Northern Voices Toastmasters Club meets at 11:30 a.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, 3345 W. Craig Road (633-2098).

The Trinity Toasters Toastmasters club meets at 5:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at Holy Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church, 700 Lola Ave.

The Republican Toastmasters club meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the American Legion Post 8, 733 Veterans Memorial Drive (878-4142).

The Toastmasters en Espanol club meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Monday of each month at the Las Vegas Latin Chamber of Commerce, 300 N. 13th St. (951-9454).

The Sourcer-Ers Toastmasters Club meets at 7:15 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the Green Valley Library, 2797 N. Green Valley Parkway, Henderson (896-1427).

TELECOMPIONEERS

The Desert Sands Life Member Club of the TelecomPioneers will have a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. April 12 at the Italian American Supper Club, 2333 E. Sahara Ave. All retired employees of ATT, Lucent, Western Electric and Bell System Companies may attend. Reservations are due today (645-4236).

BETA SIGMA PHI

The Beta Sigma Phi City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Donald W. Reynolds Girl Scout Center, 2941 Harris Ave. (250-5058).

JUNIOR LEAGUE OF LAS VEGAS

The Junior League of Las Vegas in partnership with the Las Vegas Chapter of the Architects Institute of America will have the public debut of the Morelli House Preservation Project on Monday. A lecture by architectural historian Alan Hess will be offered at 7:30 p.m. at the Las Vegas Senior Citizens’ Resource Center across the street from the Morelli House at 861 Bridger Ave. The lecture will be followed by a reception at the Morelli House. Reservations are required (822-6536).

MUSIC THERAPY

Free music therapy classes for seniors will be offered at 9 a.m. Monday and April 16th at the Heritage Club, 8720 W. Flamingo Road. Registration is necessary (360-6023 Ext. 227).

Four free tai chi classes for seniors will be offered at 9 a.m. Tuesdays in April at the Heritage Club.
