Under Nevada law, fulfillment of Legal Advertising Requirements can only be accomplished by placing your notice in a Newspaper of General Circulation. It is the responsibility of the legal advertiser to confirm that a newspaper meets all the requirements of Nevada law before placing a legal ad. Both the Las Vegas Review-Journal and the Las Vegas Business Press meet all of the requirements of Nevada law for legal advertising.
