Welcome Home Sales Event

Beginning this weekend, Century Communities introduces the Welcome Home Sales Event promoting move-in-ready homes at all Century’s Southern Nevada communities. Homebuyers can save tens of thousands of dollars when they purchase a completed home during the month of November.

“Homebuyers can greatly benefit from choosing a move-in-ready home over a home that has not begun construction,” Robb Beville, division president for Century Communities, said. “These floor plans are priced to sell and already include many desirable upgrades, which the buyer will get for free.”

Meadow Ridge, in the scenic northwest part of the valley, has three gorgeous homes that are completed and ready for an owner. The Meadow Ridge 3609 home features free upgraded kitchen cabinets with hardware; a spacious, covered balcony; covered patio with pavers, and a lovely Tuscan exterior elevation complete with stone work for additional curb appeal.

“Home shoppers should visit a Century Communities sales office before Thanksgiving to take advantage of the year’s best pricing,” Beville said. “They’ll get an incredible deal and be moving into their brand new home before 2017 arrives.”

The Retreat 1917 home design is currently available as a move-in-ready home inside the master plan of Rhodes Ranch in southwestern Las Vegas. This floor plan is 1,917 square feet with four bedrooms, and includes free upgraded kitchen cabinets, flooring upgrades and a mission-style stair rail. The home price during the Welcome Home Sales Event is only $297,990 to live in Rhodes Ranch.

Whisper Peak at Skye Canyon, Las Vegas’ newest master-plan community in the northwest, features the very popular Aspen 2001 floor plan. This move-in-ready home has received free upgraded cabinets in the gourmet kitchen, 17-by-17 tile flooring, mission-style stair rail and a covered patio. Plus, when home shoppers purchase one of these homes during the Welcome Home Sales Event, they’ll also earn an additional 2 percent toward closing costs.

“Regardless of what square footage a buyer needs, or what their budget is, Century Communities has a home they’ll fall in love with,” Beville said. “Now is the best time to buy, so don’t miss this opportunity.”

With 13 new home communities in Southern Nevada, Century Communities can accommodate homebuyers who wish to live in practically any corner of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas or Henderson. If buyers are seeking a new home with great community amenities, such as pools, fitness centers and walking trails, Century also has neighborhoods inside popular master plans like Rhodes Ranch, Tuscany Village, Mountain’s Edge, Skye Canyon, Inspirada and Lake Las Vegas.

All of Century Communities’ sales offices are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday from noon to 5 p.m. To view floor plans or get driving directions, please visit centurycommunities.com/nevada.
