Toll Brothers plans to hold a model home grand opening for its Altura in Summerlin. Toll Brothers will introduce four new home designs Jan. 16. Three furnished model homes highlight Toll Brothers’ nationally acclaimed distinct styling and craftsmanship combined with Summerlin’s prestigious community lifestyle amenities.

Nestled within Summerlin’s Paseos Village is Alturas’ collection of two-story single-family homes, along the Paseos Trail. Mission, Mediterranean and Spanish Colonial architectural styling is evident in homes that range from 3,844 to 4,237 square feet, and are comprised of four to seven bedrooms and up to 6½ baths with additional flex space and standard three-car garages. Residents also can choose among personalized options, including casitas, dual master suites, home office, additional bathrooms and exterior patios. Pricing begins from the mid-$600,000s.
