Toll Brothers offers upgraded features

Toll Brothers has announced it will host a National Luxury Home Sales Event from July 9 to July 24. This is a time for homebuyers to take advantage of 50 percent off many options and upgrades at Toll Brothers new-home communities throughout Las Vegas and Henderson.

“Interest rates are still low, the job market continues to improve, home equity values are rising, and the housing industry still isn’t building the kind of inventory that demographics suggest will be needed,” said Kira Sterling, chief marketing officer.

“With the current housing market experiencing steady growth, buying a home during the national sales event means buyers may avoid higher prices and can get into their dream home sooner.”

According to a 2016 survey by Fortune magazine, Toll Brothers was ranked as a top-10 company for quality of products and services among the most-respected companies in the world, and also was named the No. 1 homebuilder worldwide by the magazine.

During the national sales event, homebuyers can choose from an expansive variety of home styles and lot sites in communities that are in the most sought-after locations in the Las Vegas Valley. After they purchase their home, buyers will work with designers in Toll Brothers’ new Design Studio to create a home by choosing from hundreds of options.

This iconic builder has longtime partnerships with companies such as Kohler and Whirlpool. To truly experience what life is like in a Toll Brothers home and community and hear from real Toll homeowners living the Toll lifestyle, visit TollLifestyleTV.com, the company’s online video channel.

To take advantage of the national sales event, buyers must make a deposit between July 9 and July 24. Savings and incentives will vary among communities so buyers should contact their community of interest and speak with a sales representative.

For homebuyers who would like to learn more about financing, representatives from TBI Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, will be on hand in many communities. TBI Mortgage has a selection of mortgage programs, including both fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages.

Toll Brothers, an award-winning Fortune 600 company founded in 1967, is currently building in 19 states nationwide and is a publicly owned company.

Toll Brothers was ranked No. 6 worldwide across all industries in quality of products/services offered after Apple, Walt Disney, Amazon, Alphabet, and Nordstrom, and before Netflix and Facebook.

In the same 2016 survey, Toll Brothers was named the No. 1 Home Builder Worldwide. The company was named America’s Most Trusted Home Builder in 2015 by Lifestory Research, receiving the highest numerical score among the largest 133 homebuilders in the country. Toll Brothers was also recently honored as national Builder of the Year by Builder magazine, and was twice named national Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine.
