Toll Brothers offer choices for Sandwich Generation

Las Vegas native William Jones and his wife, Regina, needed more living space for their family of six. A single-level home was also desired for their live-in mother and mother-in-law. Yet with so many housing options in the Las Vegas area, the immediate and deciding factor was relationships. Nationally touted for its eye-catching home designs and peerless reputation, Toll Brothers is not only building premier homes and communities, but also relationships with its family of buyers.

“Toll Brothers’ sales team of Gloria and Vivian was amazing,” said Regina Jones. “They were kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and very attentive. Their engagement with me from our first introduction made Savona our second and final stop in our new home search.”

The Savona home purchased by the Jones family was ideally suited for their family. This Sandwich Generation of caring for both their children and their parents required an experienced and highly intuitive team of Toll Brothers professionals skilled in all aspects of building a family’s dream home. Regina readily admits that Toll Brothers’ reputation and construction quality factored into their decision to own at Savona, yet credits the sales, construction, and financing teams for their exceptional service, expertise and transparency.

As their Ridgewood plan was under construction, the Jones family took note of the partnership being formed between them and Toll Brothers’ quality assurance and customer care professionals.

“Toll Brothers’ construction management team was attentive and flexible with all of our questions. They delivered in the beginning, the middle and still today are available and helpful,” Regina said.

In the past six weeks, Regina and her family of six have comfortably adapted to their Savona home with its grand foyer with tray ceiling that opens to a formal dining room. Their expansive kitchen is perfect for holiday gathering with its counter seating, large breakfast area and abundance of counter space. Whereas, privacy is also a priority, as two secondary bedrooms remain separate from the rest of the home while another pair of secondary bedrooms features their own separate baths.

The northwest Las Vegas community of Savona has 64 single-story, detached homes on estate-size home sites with recreational vehicle access. Priced from the upper $400,000s, plans range from 3,176 to 4,336 square feet. The homes have 12-foot foyer ceilings, 10-foot ceilings throughout, kitchens with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, large covered patios and three-car garages, plus the option of a four-car garage and RV access and a detached casita with full bath.

Savona is at 7240 Rhinehart Way, and is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For information, visit www.TollBothers.com.
