Summit to close out Las Vegas three neighborhoods
October 31, 2015 - 1:45 pm
The end of an era is now playing out as the construction of the final Summit Homes in the Providence master-planned community is underway. The success and popularity of Summit’s three neighborhoods — Emery, Westcott, and Claremont — is visibly apparent in the last of the homesites that are now being developed.
“It’s a pretty amazing sight with all the construction activity that’s happening at our final homesites in these three neighborhoods, which includes the model home parking lots, too,” said Nathan White, Nevada Division manager for Summit Homes.
“But the good news is, we have some remaining homes available for purchase, and our sales offices are still open daily. So we encourage visitors not to let the building that’s going on deter you from viewing these homes because these are among the best new-home opportunities in Providence,” he said.
The three Summit Homes neighborhoods nearing sell-out offer a diverse collection of designs that are scheduled for completion in January. However, several homes will also be available for December closings.
“In addition to a quick move-in for these homes, Summit is also offering close-out incentives that include a down payment assistance program and zero closing costs.” White goes on to explain that “with these incentives, many buyers discover they’re able to move into a new home of their own often for less than it takes to begin renting an apartment. In fact, total funds due at closing can be as low as only $1,500.”
According to White, “In new-home communities, there are two periods when it’s an especially good time to buy: When it first opens, and when it’s near close-out, as incentives are usually available at both times. Right now, buyers have the option to select a home from three distinct neighborhoods as they all enter their final phase. That makes buying an Emery, Westcott or Claremont home a real coup for those seeking a great deal.”
Claremont consists of five two-story floor plans ranging from 1,616 to 1,990 square feet, offering as many as five bedrooms and 2½ baths from the low $200,000s. Designs include generous great rooms, master suites, and spacious kitchens, Standard features include two-car garages, front yard landscaping and energy-efficient windows.
Westcott features three floor plan designs priced from the low $200,000s ranging from 2,090 to 2,334 square feet. With as many as five bedrooms, buyers enjoy unique design elements — from a side courtyard area to covered portico entry, as well as many finish upgrade opportunities.
Emery currently has one home available, the Plan Four. This home includes 2,827 square feet in a two-story design with a variety of upgrades. It also includes a three-car garage, covered entryway and rear-covered patio, with a great room and gourmet kitchen.
All residents at Westcott, Claremont, and Emery live within the Northern Terrace subdivision at Providence. A resident of Northern Terrace enjoys exclusive, year-round membership in The Club at Northern Terrace.
