Summerlin offers new homes in 36 neighborhoods

Summerlin offers more than 180 floor plans in 36 neighborhoods in seven distinct villages. Homes are available in a variety of styles from single-family homes to town homes, priced from the $250,000s.

And for those looking for quick occupancy, there are dozens of homes available for quick move-in within The Paseos village and Stonebridge, making the dream of home ownership in Summerlin an immediate reality.

The Paseos, which is west of the 215 Beltway, offers sweeping valley views and boasts several amenities, including an elementary school and the new Fox Hill adventure-themed park.

Capistrano by CalAtlantic Homes has three two-story, quick move-in homes, all with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garages, rooftop decks, private courtyards and outdoor fireplaces. Priced at $596,286 is the Cortes floor plan spanning 2,550 square feet. The Madrid floor plan spans 2,821 square feet and is priced at $599,990. And, the Marbella model, priced at $682,730, encompasses 3,020 square feet.

The Pierce floor plan at Sarasota by CalAtlantic Homes is priced at $479,990 and includes $92,147 in additional options. This 2,409-square-foot, two-story model offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den and rooftop deck.

Estrella by Pulte Homes offers two homes for quick move-in: Trieste is a single-story floor plan with three bedrooms, 3½ baths, priced at $635,377, and Parklane is a single-story floor plan with four bedrooms, 3½ baths and pool-sized backyard, priced at $635,377.

The Vernazza model at Savona by Woodside Homes spans 3,220 square feet with four bedrooms, 4½ baths, pool-size lot and full city view. It is priced at $694,000.

Three large, quick move-in homes are available at Altura by Toll Brothers. The Sondrio/Mediterranean floor plan spans 3,464 square feet with five bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage, huge bonus room, priced at $804,995. The Provenza/Mediterranean floor plan spans 4,342 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, two-car garage, multigenerational unit, priced at $812,995. And, the Sorrento/Spanish Colonial model offers five bedrooms, 5½ baths in 4,237 square feet, priced at $841,995.

Three town homes at Santa Rosa by CalAtlantic Homes are ready for immediate move-in. They include a 1,488-square-foot floor plan with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage priced at $346,467; a 1,845-square-foot floor plan with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage, priced at $395,263; and a three-bedroom, three-bath model spanning 1,754 square feet and priced at $398,979.

At Allegra by William Lyon Homes, two homes are ready for immediate occupancy. Plan One spans 2,964 square feet and offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths and three-car garage, priced at $597,872. Plan Three, offered at $627,658, spans 3,323 square feet with four bedrooms, master retreat, 3½ baths and three-car garage.

In the village of Stonebridge along the foothills of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Caledonia by KB Home offers six homes for immediate move-in.

From Collection I are three floor plans. The corner lot No. 36 spans 1,896 square feet and offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, priced at $407,645. Lot No. 160 comes in at 2,262 square feet and offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, priced at $418,890. And, lot No. 158 offers a floor plan spanning 2,620 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, priced at $453,650.

From Collection II, three lots are ready for move-in. Lot No. 57 spans 1,965 square feet with three beds, 2½ baths, priced at $500,312. Lot No. 177 offers a 2,768-square-foot floor plan with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, priced at $487,810. And, lot No. 179 features a 1,850-square-foot floor plan with three bedrooms, two baths, priced at $438,015.
