Spanish Palms, the guard-gated community at 5250 S. Resident Eden Urbano, a retired veteran originally from the Philippines, is enjoying a new life at Spanish Palms, thanks to the community’s many amenities and like-minded neighbors.
“I spent more than two decades tending to patients as a general practice physician in the Navy, and I finally realized it was my turn to enjoy life and to take on a new role as a proud homeowner at Spanish Palms,” Urbano said. “My sister had lived here before I made the move, and because I visited frequently, I was already familiar with the city’s unrivaled attractions, great weather and affordable cost of living. When my sister passed away, it further inspired me to pursue a new life in Las Vegas and to continue exploring the city that my sister loved so much.”
