Richmond American buys more land in Cadence

Richmond American Homes has purchased two more parcels of land, nearly 31 acres, in Cadence with sales set to begin in summer 2017.

New neighborhood Encore’s 49 single-story homes will range from 2,050 to 2,550 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms and front courtyards.

At Sonatina, Richmond American will build 151 two-story homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet.

Homes will include three bedrooms with options for up to five bedrooms, lofts and master bedroom suites.

Variations include studies, deluxe master baths, covered patios, formal dining rooms and walk-in pantries.

At Cadence, Richmond American Homes offers standard features, such as ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, granite kitchen counter tops and maple cabinets.

The builder also provides full appliance packages.

Richmond American Homes is selling homes in three neighborhoods in Cadence – Crescendo, Symphony, and Toccata.
