Retired couple finds plenty of room Pardee home
Alan and Roma Haynes recently made local news for buying seven homes throughout their 39-year marriage. After finding Encanto by Pardee Homes in southwest Las Vegas, they say they have no reason to move again.
“We’ll stay here forever,” Roma said. She said the floor plan fits their lifestyle, even providing a unique passageway from her office to his studio where he creates the stunning works of art that decorate their home. After constructing elevators for many Las Vegas resorts, Alan retired 15 years ago, while Roma retired 11 years ago as Clark County’s franchise services manager. The Las Vegas Monorail was one of her many projects.
