Realtor says she has sold 35 condos in Spanish Palms

As a Realtor, Jena McIntosh has an obligation to show her clients a variety of homes. But since McIntosh discovered Spanish Palms and its long list of amenities not typically found at most condominium communities, she, and her clients were smitten. In the past six months, McIntosh has sold 35 homes at Spanish Palms, quickly turning clients into homeowners in this affordable, lushly landscaped, guard-gated community across the street from Spanish Trail and just blocks from Las Vegas’ Chinatown.

McIntosh, who traded in her home in Beverley Hills for the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas more than two decades ago, has since raised her two kids in the valley.

“I loved everything about Las Vegas and saw a lot of potential in the city, especially its real estate industry,” McIntosh said. “After two years as a Nevada resident, I got my real estate license and have been selling homes ever since. But in just the last five years, I discovered I had a passion for selling high-rise and high-end properties, and that’s when I started as one of the first Realtors in Las Vegas to sell luxury condominiums at communities like Turnberry Place. Over the course of the next 14 years, I honed my selling skills to better understand the state of the industry and discovered new ways to maintain my competitive edge.”

Many of her clients ask McIntosh to help them find a second home in Las Vegas. Six months ago, one of her clients from New York wanted a home-away-from-home, and when they revealed their wish list, McIntosh’s research lead her directly to Spanish Palms.

“When my client from New York provided me with his list of absolute needs in a home, I was pleasantly surprised that it matched perfectly with the amenities at Spanish Palms. More importantly, it was within their price range — a major bonus that is sometimes hard to find for those looking for a new home with lots of amenities.”

McIntosh shared that her clients’ “wish lists” often prioritize similar things, and Spanish Palms has them all — a central location, access to nearby hospitals, state-of-the-art fitness center, great walking trails and easy access to the Strip.

“I have many Asian clients of all nationalities, and with Spanish Palms just three blocks from Chinatown, my clients are thrilled with the location,” McIntosh said. “Everyone is always amazed by the price point at Spanish Palms because the homes are truly the best buy for their money. I love making my clients happy, and I love Spanish Palms for making my job so easy.”

Spanish Palms offers three floor plans ranging between 744 square feet and more than 1,131 square feet, and with homes starting from $128,900. Spanish Palms signature amenities include Central Park, an expanded fitness center, business center and conference room inside the clubhouse.
