Pulte features The Cove in Southern Highlands

Pulte Home’s The Cove is within a private enclave of hills at the southern border of Southern Highlands, near the intersection of Interstate 15 and Southern Highlands Parkway. Within this private setting, residents of The Cove have access to a private pool, park and turf-central amenity with an ample trail system, connecting to the rest of the master plan’s covered play areas, gazebos, water features and hiking and biking trails.

“We’re extremely excited about this new community,” said Jason Demuth, director of marketing for Pulte Homes, Las Vegas. “Southern Highlands offers homeowners an amazing, resortlike experience, and this collection of homes complements that lifestyle beautifully.”

Homebuyers may choose from nine one- and two-story plans, ranging from 2,020 to more than 4,610 square feet and featuring two to six bedrooms with 2½ to six baths, and two to three-car garages (per plan and location). Among the many popular features are spacious owner’s suites, covered patios and Energy Star-rated appliances. Each plan offers a variety of optional configurations including pro or culinary kitchens, game rooms, guest suites and flex rooms per plan. Prices begin in the high $300,000s.

The Cove has Pulte’s Life Tested features, including Everyday Entries with drop zones for things like backpacks, shoes and outerwear, while washers and dryers are relocated to dedicated, well-organized laundry spaces. Additionally, oversized pantries mean more room for bulk groceries and easy access to items used every day, while open living areas offer more usable space where homeowners spend the most time.

Pulte Homes in Las Vegas was named 2016 Energy Star Partner of the Year by the Environmental Protection Agency for another consecutive year. In fact, all of Pulte’s new homes are Energy Star-certified. The Cove boasts many energy-saving features, including tankless water heaters, 15 SEER air-conditioning systems and conditioned attics. Additionally, jump ducts and transfer grills have been included to help balance air pressure between rooms, helping to maintain an even temperature throughout the house. Southern Highlands is a 2,750-acre master plan, nestled in the scenic foothills of the southern Las Vegas Valley. Located along the I-15 just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the community boasts world-class resident amenities including the famous Southern Highlands Golf Club and The Spa at Southern Highlands. The community is ideal for families and couples, with something for everyone, including public and private schools, numerous parks and trails and extensive outdoor space, neighborhood events and high-end shopping and dining experiences. A house in Southern Highlands is more than a home; it’s a lifestyle.

The gated community of Cove features seven models in two model parks — 3510 Glasstop Drive and 3707 Royal Fortune Drive (corner of Southern Highlands Parkway and 1-15). Cove’s seven decorated models are open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit Pulte.com, or call 866-530-3309.
