Pardee to open two neighborhoods

Pardee Homes is opening two neighborhoods in the first quarter of 2016 with fresh, modern designs that expand living space into the great outdoors, according to Pardee Director of Sales Geoff Gorman.

Both Escala at Inspirada and Encanto in southwest Las Vegas will offer sliding, stacking and optional pocket doors that provide an easy flow between indoor and outdoor Southwest-style living and entertaining, a popular feature in Pardee Homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

“As a premium builder in Nevada since 1952, Pardee designs homes with the Southern Nevada lifestyle in mind,” Gorman said. “These new homes continue to blur the boundaries of indoor-outdoor living.”

Scheduled to open in February, Escala’s floor plans will feature great rooms and game rooms that give way to spacious outdoor patios via stacking and disappearing pocket doors of glass in new architectural designs that include Desert Contemporary, Contemporary Spanish and Mid-Century Modern.

Encanto is anticipated to debut in March with single-story floor plans that offer optional second-floor space, in addition to Pardee’s exclusive GenSmart Suite for multi-generational living. Encanto homes include up to 3,551 square feet of living space that is further enhanced with Pardee’s unique stackable doors leading to covered patios.

Escala and Encanto are also part of Pardee’s LivingSmart program that includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Meridian Plan One offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, lounge or optional office, great room, dining room, outdoor living room with optional fireplace, plus three-car or optional four-car garage in 2,920 square feet of living space. Pardee’s GenSmart Suite for multi-generational living is also offered.
