Pardee to open Nova Ridge in Summerlin on Sept. 23

A Sept. 23 grand opening is planned for Nova Ridge, Pardee Homes’ hillside community in The Cliffs village in Summerlin.

“It has been 20 years since Pardee has opened a new neighborhood in Summerlin,” Pardee Homes’ Vice President of Sales Geoff Gorman said.

The innovative one- and two-story home designs at Nova Ridge include a nod to the neighborhood’s elevated location in The Cliffs, with views of the Las Vegas Valley and adjacent mountains. Floor plans range from 3,172 to 4,413 square feet with the builder’s LivingSmart energy-savings features and options with architectural styles that include Mid Century Modern, Desert Contemporary and Modern Nevada.

Prices start from approximately $619,000 at the gated neighborhood.

Nova Ridge Plan One measures 3,172 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, up to three baths, covered patio off of the kitchen and dining area, courtyard entry, two-car garage, plus single-bay garage.

Nova Ridge Plan Two is a single-story design with 3,263 square feet.

The home has four bedrooms, 3½ baths, den, optional GenSmart Suite, porch entry, covered patio off the great room and dining area and tandem three-car garage.

Two-story Plan Three measures 3,679 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 4½ baths, courtyard entry, office that can be built as optional GenSmart Suite or optional lounge, spacious great room, game room, covered patio, two-car garage, plus single-car garage.

Nova Ridge Plan Four measures 4,413 square feet and is a two-story design with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, spacious kitchen, great room, dining area, lounge, covered patio, loft, optional deck off the master bedroom and optional deck off the third bedroom, optional GenSmart Suite, two-car garage, plus single-bay garage with workshop.
