Pardee showcases three neighborhoods in Eldorado

For the past 25 years, Pardee Homes has been building in its master-planned Eldorado community at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley, and current offerings include three neighborhoods and 11 floor plans with prices starting from the low $200,000s.

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone is near the southwest corner of Camino Al Norte and Ann Road in the Eldorado area and features a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 2,161 square feet to 2,432 square feet. Homes currently start in price from $221,450.

A move-in ready Residence Three at Sandstone measures 2,432 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, loft, faux wood blinds and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced from $255,500 and is in a cul-de-sac.

The gated Castle Rock and North Peak neighborhoods, which opened this year, also feature Pardee’s energy-saving LivingSmart program plus optional GenSmart Suites for multi-generational living.

Homes at Castle Rock range from 2,979 to 4,044 square feet with open floor plans, covered patios, game rooms, lofts, up to six bedrooms and up to a four-car garage. Prices start from $341,490.

Castle Rock Residence Four measures 4,044 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, game room, great room, loft and three-car tandem garage.

The home is priced from $401,490 and can be built with Pardee’s optional GenSmart Suite.

North Peak’s new-home designs feature open floor plans, covered patios as standard, lofts and up to five bedrooms. Homes range from 1,885 to 2,948 square feet and include a single-story plan with three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage and den or optional fourth bedroom. Prices start from $274,490.

North Peak Residence Three measures 2,779 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, game room, great room and three-car garage and is available with Pardee’s optional GenSmart Suite instead of the game room, fourth bedroom and third bath. It is priced from $317,490.

The neighborhoods are off of Deer Springs Road, east of Aliante Parkway and south of the 215 Beltway, providing easy access to major transportation routes as well as Creech and Nellis Air Force Bases. In addition, retail, dining, the Aliante Library, Nature Discovery Park and Seastrand Park are all located nearby.

To reach Castle Rock and North Peak from the northern 215 Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and head south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and follow the signs to Castle Rock and North Peak.
