Pardee showcases Summerglen model homes

Pardee Homes’ is offering three model homes at Summerglen in southwest Las Vegas for sale, with projected move-in this spring.

“For new home shoppers who want a home that is turn-key, a model home can be a great option,” said Geoff Gorman, Pardee Homes director of sales. “These Summerglen models have landscaped backyards, upgraded flooring, appliances including refrigerator, washer and dryer and many other designer features.”

Summerglen model home Plan Three measures 2,402 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage and is priced from $367,115.

Summerglen model home Plan 2-B measures 2,386 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car garage, bedroom and downstairs bath and is priced from $357,956.

The Plan 1-A model home at Summerglen is priced from $351,576 and measures 2,311 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car garage, bedroom and downstairs bath and spa shower in the master bathroom.
