Pardee showcases Luma in southwest

Pardee Homes’ Luma, off Fort Apache Road north of Sunset Road at Patrick Lane in the southwest valley, features three modern, open, single-story floor plans with options such as second master suites.

The gated neighborhood features homes that range from 2,639 square feet to 3,028 square feet with prices starting from $491,000. Stylish exteriors, including Midcentury Modern, Desert Contemporary, Modern Spanish and Modern Craftsman, per plan. Sliding or optional stackable doors at the covered patio create indoor/outdoor living areas.

A move-in-ready Luma Plan One at homesite No. 64 measures 2,639 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den and three-car garage. The home has upgraded flooring, quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths and is priced from $542,600.

A move-in-ready Luma Plan Two at homesite No. 79 measures 2,718 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den/office, two-car garage, Caesarstone kitchen countertops and General Electric Advantium stainless steel appliance package. The home is priced from $553,950.

Luma is near the 215 Beltway and established retail, medical, schools, parks and other services in the southwest Las Vegas corridor. To reach the neighborhood from the 215 Beltway west, take the Russell Road exit and turn west on Russell. Turn left onto South Jerry Tarkanian Way (the access road to the 215 Beltway). Turn right onto West Patrick Lane and follow the signs to the Luma New Home Gallery.
