Pardee showcases Eldorado community

Pardee Homes’ Make Your Move event features incentives on move-in-ready homes in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson now through June 5.

Included are two former model homes at Pardee’s Eldorado Heights in Eldorado at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley.

The Plan 3-XC model home at Eldorado Heights is priced from $405,518 and includes five bedrooms, five baths, three-car garage, GenSmart suite and other upgraded features. The move-in ready home measures 3,681 square feet.

Plan 4-B model home measures 4,001 square feet with four bedrooms, five baths and four-car garage. Priced from $427,676, the model home upgraded features.

Also in Eldorado, a move-in-ready North Peak Plan Three measures 2,779 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, game room, stainless-steel appliances including washer, dryer, microwave and refrigerator and buyer’s selection of flooring. It is priced from $331,740.

At neighboring Castle Rock, a move-in-ready Plan 1-B measures 2,942 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, bonus room, den/office, covered patio, stainless-steel washer, dryer and refrigerator and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced from $363,540 and is projected for June/July completion.

Eldorado neighborhoods are off Deer Springs Road, east of Aliante Parkway and south of the 215 Beltway.

To reach Castle Rock, North Peak and the Eldorado Heights models from the northern 215 Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and head south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and follow the signs. Pardee sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
