“Encanto’s five floor plans, including three single-story plans, feature spacious, open living spaces with large kitchen islands, generous gathering spaces and indoor/outdoor connectivity via sliding and/or gliding patio doors that lead to covered patios,” Pardee Homes’ Division President Klif Andrews said.

Plan One is a single-story design measuring 2,639 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den or optional fourth bedroom and gliding glass door leading to the covered patio.

Plan Two measures 2,856 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, den and game room while the Plan 2-X adds a second-floor loft and powder room and measures 3,262 square feet.
