Pardee debuts contemporary home designs at Escala

Pardee Homes plans to celebrate the grand opening today of Escala, its newest neighborhood in Inspirada, a Henderson master-planned community.

“Escala features a fresh take on Midcentury Modern design with bold architecture and upscale amenities including seamless indoor-outdoor living areas created by stacking and disappearing glass pocket doors,” said Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews.

Located off Via Firenze and Cartanda avenues, just east of Potenza Park in Inspirada, a Henderson master-planned community, Escala features Midcentury Modern, Desert Contemporary, Desert Prairie and Contemporary Spanish exteriors with up to five bedrooms, 4½ baths, covered patios and three-car garages in a gated community.

A variety of grand opening events are planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today to showcase the homes, including activities and refreshments for all ages.

Plan One at Escala, priced from $495,000, is a single-story design that measures 2,898 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, great room, lounge, dining room and two-car garage, plus one-car garage.

Escala Plan 1-X measures 3,538 square feet, thanks to a twist to the Plan One — a second-floor loft. The home features three bedrooms or optional fourth bedroom, 3½ baths, great room, dining room, lounge, loft and two-car, plus one-car garage.

Escala’s Plan Two measures 3,063 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, modern open kitchen, dining area, great room and game room that all connect to the outdoor living area via 15-foot wide stacking doors. The Plan Two model home features a Midcentury Modern elevation with standard sloped ceilings, clerestory windows and three-car garage. It is priced from $510,000.

The Plan 2-X features five bedrooms, 4½ baths and measures 3,949 square feet, with a second floor that includes a lounge, deck and fourth and fifth bedrooms, each with a bath with optional shower.

To reach Escala from St. Rose Parkway, travel south on Executive Airport Drive which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Travel south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway as it turns east. Turn left onto Via Firenze and follow the signs to Escala.
