Reverence, a new Summerlin village developed exclusively by Pulte Homes, reveals details of its new home designs and floor plans that were recently unveiled at a grand opening, which attracted more than 2,000 on the first day. Located on 300 elevated acres west of the 215 Beltway, Reverence is nestled along the base of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and bounded by West Lake Mead Boulevard on the south and Cheyenne Avenue on the north. It is Summerlin’s northwesternmost village.

Pardee Homes will celebrate the grand opening of Pivot in the Green Valley area June 24. The neighborhood’s two-story floor plans are off Carnegie Street and South Green Valley Parkway as it transitions into Sunridge Heights Parkway. Complimentary refreshments and entertainment will be provided from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

GLVAR reported the median price of existing single-family homes sold during May through its Multiple Listing Service increased to $250,000. That was up 0.4 percent from April and up 9.1 percent from May 2016. Meanwhile, the median price of local condos and townhomes sold in May was $137,950, up 6.1 percent from April and up 16.9 percent from May 2016.

Six years ago, when Amy and Elion Prodani moved to Summerlin and put down roots in Las Vegas, they had no children.
