One Las Vegas luxury offers resort lifestyle

Buying a home has never been easier with the help of two real estate professionals at One Las Vegas, the twin-tower, high-rise condominium community on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard.

Condominium specialists Renee Moses and Traci Martin, both qualified high-rise experts, are ready to help buyers find just the right home to meet their needs and lifestyle, while making it as easy as possible to achieve home ownership.

Combined, this dynamic and seasoned duo function like personal guides to prospective homeowners, taking them step-by-step through the process – from finding the perfect home to securing financing and signing the final loan documents.

“Handing someone their new keys is the best reward of all,” Moses said. “The joy new homeowners feel is evident, and it’s what makes our job so gratifying. We like to say we are in the business of making dreams come true.”

“As a resident, myself, it’s easy to sell the lifestyle at One Las Vegas because I live it every day,” Martin said. “Visitors are blown away by the cohesive sense of community and attention to detail, evident in the lobby’s panoramic art installation by artist and photographer, Marilyn Suriani. Our two-story, state-of-the-art fitness center is always a head-turner, and the recently enhanced outdoor pool area, featuring Martinique Daybeds and summer kitchens and large fire pit, always gets rave reviews. We invite prospective buyers to visit us so we can show them first-hand the luxury resort lifestyle just steps from their front door.”

While the community is home to residents of all ages, Martin and Moses say they see a lot of buyers relocating from other states and countries making Las Vegas their home, young couples, first-time homebuyers, empty-nesters and retirees.

“Our first job when we meet with prospective buyers is to listen and assess their needs so we fully understand what they are looking for in a home,” Moses said. “Once buyers become residents, our relationships continue and friendships blossom. We even hand out dog treats to the many four-legged residents who call One Las Vegas home.”

Homes at One Las Vegas range from 831 to 2,857 square feet with many floor plans offering spectacular views of the mountains and the Strip. One- bedroom homes are priced from the low $200,000s; two-bedroom homes from the high $200,000s; and three-bedroom homes from the low $400,000s. The penthouse, offering 3,000 square feet of sweeping views, is priced at $1.1 million.

One Las Vegas is close to Interstate 15, the 215 Beltway and just minutes from McCarran International Airport. Town Square, just a few blocks north of the property, provides one-stop shopping and scores of dining and entertainment options in the neighborhood.
