Inspirada residents celebrate the season

Throughout the month of December, holiday-decorating enthusiasts and Inspirada residents will celebrate the season during the Henderson community’s two-week house-decorating contest. Residents are encouraged to participate in determining winners by submitting their top picks on homes that shine the brightest in their respective neighborhoods. Henderson and Las Vegas neighbors are invited to see the light show spectacle by taking a scenic drive through Inspirada.

“Inspirada’s vision is about providing great homes to great people, yet it’s also dedicated to building community among our homeowners,” said Jeremy McClain, community manager of Inspirada Community Association. “Our team loves to strategize on ideas and events that wow our residents. Every year we try to surpass the year before. We listen to our residents, study the hottest and most fun trends in activities, plan for seasonal changes and holidays, analyze the latest workout and fitness formats and more — and then we circle back to ask our residents what they would like to see more of at Inspirada.”

To launch 2016 with a “bang,” Inspirada makes health-related New Year resolutions more attainable through their collaboration with Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican during what is being called “Wellness Wednesdays.” Residents and neighbors (room is limited, so book early) can participate in monthly classes, featuring all things health and well-being. Most of the classes will be free for residents, and other participants will only pay a nominal fee to participate in group activities such as live-cooking demonstrations and CPR training.

“Our four parks are more than just manicured grass and foliage. Our residents are constantly at play at our volleyball, soccer, bocce and tennis courts, walking and jogging trails, ball fields, dog parks and children’s shaded play areas,” said McClain. “With so many acres of Inspirada dedicated to parks, our residents can play, recreate and explore nature just outside their front doors. It’s rewarding to see residents recognizing other residents and calling them by their first name at community gatherings.”

Inspirada was developed by Inspirada Builders LLC, a partnership of four prominent homebuilders, including Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers.

Surrounding the parks are 24 model homes ready to tour in 12 new Inspirada neighborhoods featuring one-, two- and three-story single-family homes designed for every lifestyle. Inspirada is home to more than 2,500 residents who have access to programs and activities managed by a full-time staff who create social calendars to bring neighbors together in the parks and the Inspirada Community Center.
