Inspirada provides access to Sloan canyon

In addition to its 85-acre system of parks, trails and open spaces, Inspirada is also the gateway to Sloan Canyon National Recreation Area, and getting there just got easier. The Bureau of Land Management has opened the Sloan Canyon Visitor Contact Station and Nawghaw Poa Road, improving access to Sloan Canyon and Petroglyph Canyon through Inspirada.

The new road and contact station opens up miles of trails and hiking possibilities for Inspirada residents and visitors who can see more than 300 rock art panels with 1,700 petroglyphs created by native cultures from the archaic to historic era. To get to Petroglyph Canyon trailhead, go to the end of Via Firenze ,turn right to Democracy and then left on Nawghaw Poa Road.

Located across from the 20-acre Aventura Park, Beazer’s Reliance Collection features four two- and three-story floor plans with outdoor decks, while the gated Park Collection offers six single-story floor plans with “pop-up” options featuring additional living space in the attic. The homes offer between 1,900 and 2,500 square feet of living space and spacious outdoor living areas to take in Inspirada’s mountain and city light views.

Also near Aventura Park, Century Community’s Sestina neighborhood offers two collections of homes with six models and seven plans in one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,786 to 3,528 square feet.

The homes include up to six bedrooms, up to 4½ baths and up to three-car garages.

KB Home’s Inspirada neighborhoods include one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,558 to 4,343 square feet in their Greencourts, Reserves, gated Terraces and one-story Enclaves collection. KB Home’s 11 model homes and sales center are off Via Firenze west of Paladi Avenue, adjacent to Potenza Park.

The Groves, KB Home’s newest townhome neighborhood, is priced from the high $100,000s featuring five floor plans between 1,366 to 1,843 square feet.

This is grand opening weekend for Montero by Pardee Homes, which offers one- and two-story homes just east of Potenza Park with up to 3,496 square feet, including Pardee’s GenSmart Suite option. Pardee’s gated Alterra and Solano neighborhoods, across from Aventura Park, feature six model homes and floor plans with 2,187 to 4,165 square feet of living space and a focus on indoor/outdoor living.

In addition, Pardee’s Bella Verdi neighborhood and Escala collection near Capriola and Potenza parks feature one- and two-story homes with up to 3,949 square feet of space.

Toll Brothers’ neighborhoods at Inspirada include the Villamar Collection with two-story homes close to Solista Park, Inspirada’s first park that includes the resident community center, two heated resident pools, playgrounds, outdoor amphitheater, lighted bocce courts and picnic areas. Toll Brothers’ Carmona Collection, across from Capriola Park, offers two-story plans on estate-sized home sites. The gated Veneto neighborhood features single-story homes across from Aventura Park.

Toll Brothers homeowners enjoy their own clubhouse, featuring a resort-style pool, fitness center, kitchen and well-appointed gathering spaces for parties and events.

Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers comprise Inspirada Builders LLC, the coalition of leading homebuilders that is now developing Inspirada.

With a projected build-out of 8,500 homes, Inspirada is currently home to more than 2,500 residents who have access to programs and activities managed by a full-time staff that creates social calendars to bring neighbors together in the parks and the Inspirada Community Center.
