When future residents visit Inspirada for the first time, they are pleasantly surprised to discover the master-planned community provides more than just a wide selection of residences and floor plans. It also offers a dynamic lifestyle that features enriching, family-friendly and even pet-friendly activities planned year-round. Inspirada prides itself on welcoming everyone and making all feel at home, and the calendar of events is a testament.
Open to residents and neighboring community members, fresh52 Farmers’ &Artisan Market returned to Inspirada earlier this month, and it will continue to return from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every second and fourth Saturday of the month. Today’s market at Solista Park, themed health and wellness, features a cooking demonstration by celebrity vegan chef Mayra, tips on how to build a better salad led by Dignity Health dietician Pam Wagner, and complimentary fitness classes hosted by Anytime Fitness and Pure Barre Vegas.
On April 8, the market will be held at Aventura Park and feature Easter egg hunts, photos with the Easter Bunny, children’s craft activities, face painting, sack races and more. A variety of local vendors will offer a wide selection of delicious treats, including locally grown produce and delectable sweets that will satisfy any craving.
This past Wednesday, Anytime Fitness hosted a free Mommy and Me yoga class at Solista Park. Jolly Beans Cafe, the community’s only coffee shop, which features fresh coffee, teas, smoothies, sandwiches and pastries, offered a discount to all participating moms.
Inspirada’s four parks are more than just manicured grass and foliage; residents can be seen engaging in recreational activities, such as volleyball, soccer, bocce and tennis; walking and jogging on the trails; taking their four-legged companions to the dog parks; and spending time with their children in shaded play areas.
Today, Durango Soccer League celebrates the spring season with its opening ceremony at Capriola Park. Inspirada is home to all the league’s practices, games and milestone ceremonies, drawing hundreds of children and their families to witness the fun. Adult residents who are also soccer aficionados can join the Adult Durango Soccer League, which celebrated the opening of its spring season this past week.
From summer barbecues to holiday-inspired gatherings — including Halloween costume contests and home-decorating competitions in December — Inspirada is committed to personally getting to know its residents by name and creating unique, innovative events that enable them to create wonderful memories with their families and neighbors. The community’s lifestyle director, Megan Conklin, organizes the events and connects with residents who offer valuable feedback on future events, activities and resident-exclusive clubs they would like to have at Inspirada.
