Granite Heights by Toll Brothers now selling in The Cliffs village at Summerlin

Homebuyers searching for contemporary homes in a terrific location now have another option in the master-planned community of Summerlin. Granite Heights by Toll Brothers is now selling in The Cliffs village, a picturesque community.

This gated neighborhood of 85 all-single-story homes is artfully built along the rugged ridgeline for which The Cliffs is named. It forms a spectacular natural backdrop to the entire village and ensures no future westward development will occur, creating a true sense of sanctuary.

Designed with modern luxury and laid out to maximize both city and mountain views, Granite Heights homes feature open floor plans, 10- to 16-foot ceiling heights, abundant indoor-outdoor living spaces and more. Models offer from three to five bedrooms and from three to five bathrooms.

“Granite Heights is an exciting addition to The Cliffs village,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, vice president of marketing, Summerlin. “The neighborhood’s distinguished architectural design is in keeping with natural surroundings, and it is located within walking distance of Bishop Gorman High School.

“So it’s no surprise that interest in Granite Heights is strong. These homes are modern masterpieces with scenery and views to match.”

The Onyx floor plan, which is arrayed around an intimate entry courtyard, offers a den that functions well as a home office. Spanning 3,156 square feet, its living spaces boast soaring ceiling heights with access to a covered patio. The Onyx floor plan is priced from the mid-$700s.

At 3,291 square feet, the Quartz floor plan features expansive sliding glass doors that open up the great room to a generous covered patio. The master bedroom features a luxurious master bath and king-size walk-in closet, while secondary bedrooms each include walk-in closets and full baths. It is priced from the high $700s.

The Topaz floor plan spans 3,232 square feet and is priced from the low $800s. It features an impressive sliding door system that unifies the main living areas with outdoor living spaces that include a covered patio. The master bedroom is complete with a sitting area, dual walk-in closets, a luxurious master bath and covered patio access. A spacious guest suite overlooks the interior courtyard. Offering exquisite views of the valley, Strip and Spring Mountains, The Cliffs village is carefully designed to maximize the area’s terraced landscape, allowing for the land’s natural beauty to inspire and influence home design. Embracing a “rugged contemporary” architectural style, homes in The Cliffs are designed in harmony with the surrounding environment.

Village amenities include Faiss Middle School, Faiss Community Park, Wet ’n’ Wild water park, and an indoor aquatic center built by The Howard Hughes Corp. that has been deeded to Clark County to maintain and operate as a public facility. A new public elementary school is set to open this fall, and future trails and a Summerlin village park are in the planning stages.

The Cliffs village address comes standard with all that Summerlin offers, including more than 250 parks of all sizes, resident-exclusive community centers and pools, 150-plus miles of interconnected trails, 10 golf courses, more than two dozen public and private schools, and Downtown Summerlin’s more than 106 acres of dining, shopping and entertainment.

Stretching south of Bishop Gorman High School near the southernmost tip of the community, The Cliffs village is conveniently located near the 215 Beltway for easy access to all points in the valley, including McCarran International Airport, the Strip and Downtown Summerlin.
