Century Communities debuts luxury collection in Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is welcoming a stylish new neighbor as Century Communities celebrates the grand opening of Monte Lucca on Saturday. Home shoppers are invited to tour two new model homes and be among the first residents of this unique neighborhood.

“These brand-new home designs include up to 4,187 square feet of living space, up to six bedrooms and up to five baths with three-car garages,” said Hadley Goddard, sales manager for Century Communities. “They are located on a sophisticated collection of tiered home sites within Lake Las Vegas’ resort-style community. Home shoppers who want a modern and elegant home in this breathtaking community need to look no further than Monte Lucca.”

Monte Lucca is among a select few new-home developments in this premier residential, golf and resort destination. Lake Las Vegas is a 3,592-acre, resort-style community that includes a privately owned 320-acre lake with 10 miles of shoreline. Within Lake Las Vegas are exquisite residential offerings, two championship golf courses, three world-class hotels and 50 acres of open space with hiking and biking trails. The community offers residents and guests pampering spas, a full-service marina with watercraft rentals and yacht cruises, and MonteLago Village — an activities enclave at the center of the resort.

“Lake Las Vegas is a community like no other in Southern Nevada and we are thrilled to offer this unique collection of homes to complement its distinctive style,” Goddard said.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Century Communities will offer tours of two new model homes, light refreshments and a drawing for a $200 gift card (restrictions apply). Home shoppers are invited to share their photos of Monte Lucca on Facebook today with the hashtag #ccvegas to be entered into an additional prize drawing.

Monte Lucca’s three single-story plans are offered with three exterior design choices including Northern Italian, Desert Contemporary or Southern Italian. All include three-car split garages, the builder’s signature valet, multislide glass walls, 12-foot ceilings in the kitchens and great rooms and 10-foot interior ceilings throughout the rest of the homes.

“Ceilings in these extravagant homes are up to 16 feet (high) in the entries,” Goddard said.

Standard features include significant gourmet kitchens with contemporary stainless-steel appliances, multislide glass walls that open to considerable covered patios, luxurious owner’s baths and secondary bedroom suites with walk-in closets and private baths.

“Monte Lucca includes many standard features normally only seen in custom homes,” Goddard said. “Features like large covered patios with multislide glass walls are included per plan and options include dual owner’s suites and multigenerational casitas.

All three homes have options for an upper-level bonus room, bedroom suite or bonus room with additional bedrooms.”

“Our designs at Monte Lucca allow you to create a home that suits you perfectly with modern designs, luxury finishings and even optional second floors,” Goddard said.

Every home at Monte Lucca is being built with kitchens that include 36-inch cooktops with designer hoods and wall ovens. “They are the most luxurious gourmet kitchens we have ever built in Southern Nevada,” she said.

Monte Lucca’s sales office is at 7 Porto Malaga St. in Henderson. To visit, take Interstate 215 East and head east on Lake Mead Parkway. Follow Lake Mead Parkway past Boulder Highway and turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway. Keep right in the roundabout and turn onto Grand Mediterra Boulevard to the community on the right.
