CalAtlantic introduces Santa Rosa

CalAtlantic Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, announced the grand opening of Santa Rosa, two town home collections of new home designs delivering striking floor plans with captivating features, such as rooftop decks with incredible views — all in the heart of Summerlin.

The public is invited to tour six new, fully furnished model homes of the Alameda and Bellamar collections in Santa Rosa. Experience the Summerlin lifestyle and soak in the incredible rooftop views during the grand opening celebration scheduled for Saturday. Enjoy food, drinks and live entertainment from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Model home tours are available daily Sunday-Thursday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday 12-6 p.m.

Santa Rosa boasts rooftop decks with panoramic views that provide ample space for outdoor living. Enjoy outdoor barbecues with a view, yoga at sunrise, a relaxing evening of stargazing. Choose from six models, with floor plans and square footages to best fit your lifestyle.

“Santa Rosa offers a way for a wide range of homebuyers to establish themselves at Summerlin, with all of the master-planned amenities and the wonderful central location that the community is known for,” said Dana Rogers, Las Vegas Division president for CalAtlantic Homes. “This is in addition to Santa Rosa’s absolutely beautiful floor plans, which provide exceedingly thoughtful design features that far exceed what one expects in a traditional town home.”

The Alameda collection of Santa Rosa ranges from 1,488 to 1,845 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths. At Alameda, homebuyers can select from three two-story floor plans, each featuring open-concept living and maximizing the use of every square foot. Open-concept great rooms sweep into center-kitchens islands with island seating. The Alameda collection is a traditional home design offering great rooms and kitchens on the first floor with bedrooms on the second level.

The Alameda collection is priced from the $280,000s.

Homes in the Bellamar collection of Santa Rosa range from 1,754 to 2,240 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Homebuyers can select from four two- and three-story floor plans. Several options set Bellamar apart from the traditional town home. Among these is an optional rooftop deck, which extends a homeowner’s living space and provides a vantage point from which to soak in the community’s coveted panoramic city and mountain views.

Residents will enjoy several hard-to-find town home configurations at Bellamar, including first-level rooms that lend themselves perfectly as a work-from-home office — where business owners can host clients in an environment separate from their upstairs living areas. Bellamar also offers a guest suite option that can be used for visiting friends, for multigenerational families or nanny suite. The Bellamar collection starts from the $330,000s.

Santa Rosa is an exclusive gated community in the Paseos village of Summerlin. Alameda and Bellamar form a unique collection of town homes in an ideal location offering low-maintenance living. Whether you are a retiree or a busy professional, single or married, downsizing or first time home buying, low-maintenance living is a big attraction. Free up your weekends with low-maintenance living, so you can spend more time living the life you love.

Residents are minutes from neighborhood shopping, dining and entertainment and enjoy convenient access to the Las Vegas Valley and the recreational attractions of nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

Children living within Santa Rosa are eligible to attend Vassiliadis Elementary School, Sig Rogich Middle School or Palo Verde High School — all highly rated Summerlin schools. The town home collection features a residents-only pool and direct access to Paseo Park’s sand volleyball court, basketball court, children’s play area and splash pad.
