Beazer unveils new model home at Inspirada

Beazer Homes is showcasing the new Zion model today and Sunday. This new model will be an addition to the Park Collection in Inspirada, starting from $340,990.

The Zion model has four bedrooms, three baths with carefully appointed features throughout. Granite countertops, a kitchen island and vaulted ceilings are just a few of the included features in the new model. Also, the Park Collection features Choice Plans that let buyers choose a variety of options on how they want to configure their homes based on their lifestyles at no additional cost.

“Recognizing the needs of our customers is imperative,” Las Vegas Division President Steve Cervino says, “and our Choice Plans™ are just one of the ways in which we are able to do that. This new Zion model features three Choice rooms, which can be configured to fit the individual needs of the buyer. Our team did a magnificent job showing this home, and the Choice fourth bedroom is perfect for the residents with large families or out-of-town guests. However, through Choice options, that room, in particular, can be converted to the Choice Study or even a tandem garage. We understand that the needs of each customer are different; by providing flexibility for how they live in their homes, we are able to create a sense of personalization for each new-home owner. Best of all, we are able to do it at no additional cost.”

Residents of the Park Collection are just steps away from Aventura Park, the largest park in the master-planned community featuring resort-style amenities including multiple ballparks, dog park, walking trails and a residents-only pool.
