West to ring in new year

Hip-hop leading light Kanye West headlines The Pearl at the Palms on Dec. 31. Tickets are $153 and $203 and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at The Pearl box office, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.

Pop diva Beyoncé vamps it up at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on Dec. 30. Tickets are $80.75, $112.25 and $164.75 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Mandalay Bay box office, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd., and Ticketmaster outlets.

Jazz saxophonist Kirk Whalum drops by The Chrome Showroom at Santa Fe Station on Jan. 11. Tickets are $24.95, $34.95 and $42.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sante Fe Station ticket sales counter, 4949 N. Rancho Drive.
