99 Words About … The wreckage of a once-great ‘Glee’

It’s gotten so bad, actual wrecked trains can’t look away.

Intermittent storylines. Tonal swings as constant and reliable as a metronome. And you never get the same Sue Sylvester twice.

"Glee" has been so awful for so long, it’s hard to remember the glory days.

Even its carefully deconstructed pop songs have given way to thuddingly obvious note-for-note covers.

With this season ending on a relative high note, and with massive changes coming this fall, fans could be forgiven for hoping it can right itself.

But if this were a "Glee" episode, Finn would be warbling "Won’t Get Fooled Again."
