Tropicana comedy club staging benefit for cab driver’s family

The Laugh Factory comedy club at the Tropicana will stage a benefit show Wednesday for the family of Michael Boldon, the taxi driver who died when his cab exploded in the Feb. 21 shooting on the Strip.

Club owner Jamie Masada invited other Las Vegas headliners to stop by the 8:30 p.m. benefit, in which he hopes to have famous comedians make guest appearances with the club’s regular weekly lineup.
