Disney characters on ice this weekend
Southern Nevadans can join the party this weekend when 65 of Disney’s most popular characters from 18 different stories come to life in Disney on Ice presents “100 Years of Magic!” at the Thomas & Mack Center at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas .
The ice skating shows are scheduled at 7 p.m. today through Saturday, with additional performances at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets for the show range from $14 to $50 and can be purchased at the Thomas & Mack Center’s box office, online at unlvtickets.com or by calling 866-388-3267. Special opening night tickets are available for $10.
“100 Years of Magic!” includes performances by Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio and several Disney princesses. The show features moments from “The Lion King,” “Mulan,” “Finding Nemo,” “The Incredibles” and “Toy Story.”
