Riesling Week observed at valley restaurants

The third annual Riesling Week, presented by Wines of Germany, continues through Sunday at seven valley restaurants: Sensi and Olives at Bellagio, Aureole at Mandalay Bay, Seablue at MGM Grand, Japonais at The Mirage, Medici Cafe and Terrace at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas, and Roy’s Restaurant at 8701 W. Charleston Blvd. During this period, the restaurants are promoting Rieslings as warm-weather wines. …

The newest location of Cabo Mexican Restaurant has opened at Palace Station, 2411 W. Sahara Ave., replacing Guadalajara Bar and Grille. Hours are from 5 to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 5 to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. …
