Envy unveils its ‘tasting duo’ dinner

A “tasting duo” dinner, with each course featuring two compatible dishes, is the April Epicurean Adventure at Envy the Steakhouse at the Renaissance Las Vegas, 3400 Paradise Road. With an entree of braised beef cheeks and petite filet mignon with foie gras, the four-course dinner is available from 5 to 10 p.m. April 16-22 for $85 with wines, $59 without wines or $45 for wines only. An array of sweets will be featured during Just Desserts, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Las Ventanas Health Services, 10401 W. Charleston Blvd. The event is free; donations will benefit the local chapter of the American Stroke Association.
